Open Auditions - A Christmas Carol

CHARM CITY BALLET seeks dancers ages 8 through adult for their annual full-length ballet production of A Christmas Carol, directed and choreographed by Peter Commander and Rebecca Friedman. Dancers from all schools and studios are welcome to audition. Rehearsals will be held on Sundays in Cockeysville. Performances will be held on Saturday, December 16th at the Gordon Center for Performing Arts. Auditions: SUNDAY, AUGUST 27th, 2017 12:00 - 1:00 Ages 8-10 (or 11-13 with fewer than 3 years of ballet experience) 1:15 - 2:30 Ages 11-13 (with at least 3 years of ballet experience) 3:00 - 4:30 Intermediate: Ages 14 – adult (pointe not required) 4:45 - 6:30 Advanced: Ages 14 – adult (strong pointe-work required) Held at The Moving Company Dance Center 9954 York Rd, Cockeysville, MD 21030 (Main Building) Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your audition. Bring pointe shoes if applicable. $15 audition fee. No pre-registration.
